KITCH - IN

DIGITAL CONCEPT

GQ Magazine

"Celebrated Dubai chef Izu Ani and restauranteur Evgeny Kuzin have partnered with hospitality group, Accor, to launch Kitch-In, an integrated food-technology platform that plans to revolutionise home-delivery and hotel in-room dining.

Kitch-In designs bespoke dishes that they believe are best able to withstand the delivery process without compromising on flavour, taste and nutritional values. And by leveraging an existing hotel kitchen network it reduces transportation times. The team behind Kitch-in combines culinary expertise with the knowledge of food scientists and nutritionists, led by CEO Adrian Azodi who brings skills and insights from his previous role at Deliveroo.

Initially launching at the Movenpick Grand Plaza by Accor in Dubai Media City, the platform will sign up with existing delivery aggregators, but though working with Accor, Kitch-In benefits from the wide reach and accessibility of their hotels, as well as operations, logistics and professional kitchen teams.

Kitch-In – available to order on Deliveroo – claims to be the only F&B platform with the capacity and technology to effectively monitor quality control across the entire ecosystem. That will give it the ability to scale each vertical quickly from the development of digital restaurant brands created and endorsed by celebrity chefs to the efficient delivery network. The founders also say they have plans for worldwide expansion. In addition, it also means that Accor hotels now have ability to improve in-room dining, giving guests the opportunity to order restaurant quality cuisine without needing to leave their room for a moment."
